silence can be an enemy

On the nights my heart is filled with pain and sorrow

I long to see you, for it to be tomorrow

To lose the sense of being hurt and alone

to search for you and your embrace, that never let’s go

I think of the joy and the love you bring me

How i must only wait a few more hours to see thee

Until then i recollect the memories we have

and hope for them to keep awake and feel love at last 

I will love you from the first dew drop of spring

to the last crashed wave of summer

for our love is not temporary

it is long lasting, forever

Its 2 am and I’m emotional.

The joy filled my heart hoping to hear the words in return

But to no surprise did my ears fail to hear

the few words mumbled from me to you now leaving a burn

Was i the fool to think you would be able to love me

in the time we have spent together in the world

my first thought is lesson learned

I am merely another girl who will be forgotten

Because the grass was suppose to be greener..
